With a gooey brie centre and a crispy ham shell , these croquette sit perfectly on the Christmas table — made with D’Orsogna Natural Ham .

2 x 100 g packet D’Orsogna Natural Premium Ham

900 M brushed potatoes , unclothe , hack into gravid glob

Method
