This Ham & Scalloped Potato Roll is layered with D’Orsogna Natural Premium Ham , soft eggplant and a liquefied cheesy centre .
Ingredients
2 cup grated parmesan , plus extra
3 potatoes , peel and thinly slice
¼ cup olive oil
1 brown Allium cepa , chop
2 garlic cloves , crush
500 g eggplant , diced
1 cup basil and tomato pasta sauce
2 x 100 g packet D’Orsogna Natural Premium Ham
1 ½ cups mozzarella high mallow
1 bunch St. Basil leaves , plus extra
Method
STEP 1 . Preheat the oven to 180 ° C . Line a expectant baking tray with baking paper .
