Erewhon, a popular and high-end grocery store in the Los Angeles area, is well-known for the celebrities who’ve been spotted at their stores, like Jason Oppenheim here in June.

They’re also well-known for their brand collaborations, including withBalenciagaandEmma Chamberlain. But their most well-known celeb collab is arguably with Hailey Bieber.

They’ve collaborated on the Strawberry Glaze Skin smoothie, and it seems to be a major success.
In case you’re wondering, the smoothie’singredientsinclude almond milk, hyaluronic acid, avocado, strawberries, sea moss, coconut cream, and a strawberry glaze among others.
Well, both the drink and Erewhon’s growing smoothie empire have gone superviral.

On TikTok, the hashtag#ErewhonSmoothiehas 69.3 million views, and the hashtag#HaileyBieberSmoothieisn’t far off with 61.2 million views.
Now, Erewhon’s executive vice president Vito Antoci has reportedly said how many of Hailey’s smoothies the grocer sells a month, and it’s a high number.
GQreported he told them in a story about the popularity of Erewhon’s smoothies that they sell 40,000 Strawberry Glaze Skin smoothies monthly.
As for how the smoothie came about in the first place, Hailey told GQ the idea originated shortly after a photo of her regular smoothie order went viral on her Instagram story.
“That week, I went back into Erewhon, and they were like, ‘You don’t understand how many people have come in here and ordered the thing that you posted,'" she said, before convincing the grocer to collab.
So who is buying all these smoothies? Vito told the publication it is “the demographic of the girls flying from San Francisco to stand in front of Erewhon Beverly Hills with Hailey Bieber smoothies, taking a picture of Erewhon and tagging Hailey. The fan girls really make these drinks viral.”
It seems Erewhon may be looking to repeat this success, because they recently announced a new smoothie collaboration with Olivia Rodrigo. Called the good 4 ur GUTS smoothie, it features kombucha, honey, oat milk, and maca among other ingredients.
